What is a salon suite?
A collection of mini-salons all under one roof, similar to a
doctor's office building. Each suite is a separate room with a
private lockable entrance fully furnished with everything you need
to run your own salon.
Why a mini-salon vs. a standard
salon?
With a mini-salon you reap
the benefits of salon ownership without the costly overhead of a
traditional salon.
What do you need to startup
your salon?
You are
required to have your cosmetology license from the State of NC and a Mecklenburg County Business
License.
Can I paint my suite?
Yes, and also feel free to
decorate your suite with pictures, accent furniture, etc.
What do I need to do in order
to reserve a suite for my business?
Contact our leasing manager to obtain a copy of our application
package, return completed application along with all required
information, documentation, and fees. There is a non-refundable $50
Application fee and there is a $250 deposit that is refundable.
What are your operating hours?
Monday-Saturday from 7:00AM to 10:00PM
Closed on Sunday.
